Shipping export operation process
● Power of Attorney:
After accepting the quotation, the principal shall submit the power of attorney to our company in the form of a power of attorney. The power of attorney should include the following information: shipper and consignee information, port names of origin and destination, container type, product name, gross weight, volume, shipment date, etc.
● Booking:
After receiving the letter of authorization, our company will book the shipment with the shipping company. When booking, we will choose the best route according to the client's requirements. After the booking is successful, our company should inform the client in a timely manner.
● Box making:
The fleet obtains the equipment handover form and retrieves the container from the yard to load at the client's factory, or the client directly delivers the goods to our designated yard or warehouse for loading.

The client provides the customs declaration materials to our company, and our company will forward the customs declaration materials to the customs broker for review. After the review is correct, the customs broker will declare the export to the customs. After the customs review is qualified, the goods will be released.
● Bill of Lading Confirmation:
Prepare the bill of lading according to the power of attorney and confirm it with the principal to ensure that the accuracy of the bill of lading content is consistent with the principal's requirements.
